By booking an appointment with Beauty Room Glow, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to facial and makeup services provided at Beauty Room Glow, located in Bradenton, FL.

  • Hair services are offered separately at Voyage Salon in Bradenton, FL, and are subject to Voyage Salon’s own terms, conditions, and policies. Beauty Room Glow is not responsible for bookings, pricing, payments, or policies related to Voyage Salon.

 
2. Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by direct contact.

  • Appointments are confirmed only once the client receives written/email confirmation.

 
3. Payments

  • Payments for services performed at Beauty Room Glow may be made by cash, credit card, or other accepted methods.

  • For card payments, Beauty Room Glow uses Wix Payments as a secure third-party processor. Payment details are not stored directly by Beauty Room Glow.

 
4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made later than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend without notice (“no-show”), will result in a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost.

  • This policy helps our staff manage their time productively and ensures appointment availability for other clients.

 
5. Liability

  • Beauty Room Glow takes all reasonable steps to ensure client safety and satisfaction.

  • Clients are responsible for informing the provider of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before receiving services.

  • Beauty Room Glow is not liable for adverse reactions if proper disclosure was not provided by the client.

 
6. Privacy & Data Use

  • Beauty Room Glow collects limited personal data (first name, last name, phone number, and email address) for appointment scheduling and communication purposes.

  • This data may be used to send confirmations, reminders, and promotional materials, but will never be sold or shared with third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Beauty Room Glow reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
